Block 1

Intermediate Program: This block is meant to push you. 4 session of strength training per week, with an emphasis on progressive overload through the workout.

TruBorn Powerlifting Program Intermediate

This block is meant to push you and test your strength over the coming weeks. 

This program runs 6 weeks total at 6 sessions per week. With an emphasis on lower body engagement, this program is great for off-season Power-Building or any athlete wanting to continue to grow their legs and glutes.
